Washington State Developmental Disabilities Council

The Washington State Developmental Disabilities Council selected five projects as part of its Inclusive Communities program that helps people with developmental disabilities become more involved in their communities. Grants of $40,000 were awarded to First Step Family Support Center in Port Angeles, Vashon Island Inclusive Communities Network, VSA arts of Washington and Yakima Valley Memorial Hospital’s Parent-to-Parent Program. The Elmview Transportation Project in Ellensburg received a $25,780 grant.
