Davis Wright Tremaine

Paul Loving joined the law firm of Davis Wright Tremaine in its Portland office and the firm named two attorneys from Seattle to partnership. Loving, previously assistant general counsel with Nike and an associate at Stoel Rives, will focus his practice on intellectual property, trademark and technology licensing, sports law, and Internet and e-commerce. In Seattle, Holly Hearn, labor and employment law, and Jeffrey B. Youmans, labor and employment law and general civil litigation were named partners.
