Esterline Technologies acquired the assets of BVR Aero Precision. BVR, based in Rockford, Ill., is a maker of precision gear assemblies and electronic data concentrators. BVR's current annual revenues are $7 million. Esterline, based in Bellevue, is a specialty manufacturer for the aerospace and defense markets.
