Banner Bank named John Neill executive vice president and manager of its new corporate banking group. Neill will manage Banner's corporate lending teams in Washington, Oregon and Idaho. He also will serve on the bank's executive committee and senior loan committee. Neill was a senior vice president and senior client manager at Bank of America. Banner Bank is a headquartered in Walla Walla and operates 41 branch offices and six loan offices in Washington, Oregon and Idaho.
