San Francisco-based Heller Ehrman White & McAuliffe named Michael J. Gamsky and Todd G. Glass as shareholders in its Seattle office. Gamsky joined the firm in 2001 and is a member of the financial services and corporate securities, M&A national practice groups. Glass has been with the firm since 1996 and is a member of its energy national practice group. Heller Ehrman White & McAuliffe has 12 offices nationwide including Seattle, Portland and Anchorage.
