First Mutual Bank

Joe Zavaglia has been named executive vice president and head of the retail banking group at First Mutual Bank. Zavaglia previously held positions at Rainier Bank, Security Pacific Bank and most recently Bank of America. In his new position he will head 10 First Mutual branches. First Mutual, headquartered in Bellevue, plans to double the number of branches in the Puget Sound region over the next five years.
