Michele L. G. Hacking has been promoted to business manager and Christa Campos, Alan Collinge, Jacob Bennett and Dave Mackenzie have joined the contracting center at Tacoma's William M. Factory Small Business Incubator. Campos will serve as administrative assistant and Collinge will serve as technology manager. Bennett and Mackenzie will serve as engineering technical interns through Bates Technical College. The company is currently building a new $3 million, three-story office in East Tacoma.
