RealNetworks

RealNetworks promoted Bob Kimball to general counsel, vice president of legal and business affairs and corporate secretary. Kimball joined RealNetworks in 1999 as associate general counsel, most recently serving as vice president. Kimball will replace Kelly Jo MacArthur who had been the company's general counsel since 1996. MacArthur is currently on leave and will return to the company in a new role later in the year.
