Metropolitan Improvement District

The Metropolitan Improvement District named Peggy Emerson field operations manager. Emerson's previous experience in operations and facility management includes positions with Amazon.com, Benaroya Co., Microsoft, Pike Place Market PDA and Seattle First International Bank. The Metropolitan Improvement District is a special initiative to improve the Seattle metropolitan environment financed by a self-imposed assessment on properties and managed by the Downtown Seattle Association.
