Coal Creek Utility District

The board of commissioners of Coal Creek Utility District elected new officers: Vic Carpine as president, Pam Martin as vice president and Ric Anderson as secretary. Carpine has served the board since 1990. Martin joined the board in 1993 and also serves as treasurer with the East King County Regional Water Association, King County director for the Washington Association of Sewer and Water Districts, and planner for Foster Wheeler Environmental. Anderson, who joined the board in 1998, is a police officer with the city of Renton and participates in the Washington Association of Sewer and Water Districts. Coal Creek Utility District provides water and sewer service to customers in Newcastle, south Bellevue, Renton and King County.
