Loudeye

Seattle's Loudeye appointed Jeff Cavins president and chief executive. He will replace Phil Gioia, who has resigned. Cavins has also been appointed to the company's board of directors. Anthony Bay, a board member for nearly three years, will replace Chad Waite as chairman of the board.
