KNCB Dave, a Seattle-based advertising, marketing and public relations agency, has promoted Debra Collison to director of creative services. The agency also announced two new hires and another promotion.

Jessica Fisher has been promoted to account coordinator, advertising. Ryan Day joins KNCB Dave as account coordinator, advertising. Jennifer Charlot has been hired as account coordinator, advertising.
