The Sheraton Seattle Hotel & Towers has a new director of food and beverage. Alan Kaufman has 30 years experience in the hotel and restaurant industry, serving as director of food and beverage at the Sheraton in Tucson and executive chef at other Sheraton hotels in Chicago and Nashville.
