Association for Women in Communications

Margaret Larson was named Communicator of the Year by the Association for Women in Communications. The award honors an individual from Washington in the communications field who demonstrates consistent achievement and excellence in work and leadership abilities. Larson is currently vice president of communications at Mercy Corps. She has worked for local television news, Dateline NBC, and served as a news anchor for the Today Show.
