KNCB Dave, a Seattle-based advertising, marketing and public relations agency, promoted Debra Collison to director of creative services and Jessica Fisher to account coordinator, advertising. The company also hired Ryan Day and Jennifer Charlot as advertising account coordinators. Day and Charlot are recent University of Washington graduates.
