Heritage Bank

Brian L. Vance has been promoted from president and chief operating officer to president and chief executive officer of Heritage Bank. Vance also serves as executive vice president of Heritage Financial Corp. and is a member of its board of directors. Heritage Bank is the principal subsidiary of Heritage Financial and headquartered in Olympia.
