Pacific Northwest Bancorp

Patrick M. Fahey, president and CEO of Pacific Northwest Bancorp, will replace Stephen M. Walden as chairman of Pacific Northwest Bancorp's board of directors. Fahey is also chairman and CEO of Pacific Northwest Bancorp's subsidiary, Pacific Northwest Bank. Walden, board chairman for the past three years, will continue as a director of the company.
