Mackay Restaurant Group

Chad Mackay was named vice president of business operations for Mackay Restaurant Group. He was previoulsy a consultant in business and technology to Fortune 500 companies. Mackay Restaurant Group runs three El Gaucho restaurants in Seattle, Portland and Tacoma and the waterfront Seafood Grill in Seattle. The company is run by his father, Paul Mackay.
