City University

Bellevue-based City University has named Kent Morrison and Hiep Qauch to its board of governors. Morrison is a former president of Walden University in Minneapolis, graduate dean at the University of Rhode Island, associate dean of the Graduate School of Utah and professor of political science at the University of Utah. Qauch is currently an executive of the Commerce Bank of Washington.
