Cognigen Networks

Cognigen Networks appointed Richard B. Rime vice president for marketing and sales, based in Seattle. He joined Cognigen in September of 2002, as managing director for sales and marketing. Rime was director for business development at AAA of Washington. Seattle-based Cognigen offers telecommunication services and related technology products.
