Alteon

FlightSafety Boeing Training International has officially changed its name to Alteon. The company was operating as a joint venture between Boeing and FSI since 1997. Last year, Boeing completed an agreement to acquire all of FlightSafety International's interests in FSBTI. Alteon, a fully owned subsidiary of Boeing, is based in Seattle. It is a global aviation training company responsible for flight and maintenance training in the 100-seat-and-above range of aircraft.
