HomeStreet Bank named Thomas Hanly and Kaycee Krysty to its 14-member board of directors. Hanly is chief financial officer of Frank Russell Co. and serves on Russell's operating committee. Krysty is president of Tyee Asset Strategies and president and CEO of Laird Norton Trust Co.
