Brueggeman and Johnson Capital announced a number of changes in its Seattle operation. The firm opened new offices in Two Union Square and has been rejoined by founding members George L. Johnson, who had been with Grant Thornton since it acquired a part of Brueggeman and Johnson in January, and Art Brueggeman, who is re-associating with the firm, specializing as an arbitrator and mediator of large valuation-related disputes. The firm is also merging with Grambush Valuation Advisors headed by Kevin Grambush. Grambush employees Theresa Sewell and Jerry Epler will join Brueggeman and Johnson Capital.
