Cascade Bank, established in 1916, is the only operating subsidiary of Cascade Financial Corp., headquartered in Everett. The bank's president and CEO is Carol K. Nelson. Cascade Bank operates 15 offices in Everett, Lynnwood, Marysville, Mukilteo, Smokey Point, Issaquah, Clearview, Woodinville, Lake Stevens, and Bellevue.
