Steve Dunphy has been named associate editor at The Seattle Times. Dunphy is a business writer, with a focus on the regional economy. Dunphy writes the business Newsletter column, Economic Memo and Times Watch. He joined the paper in 1967 and previously served as the paper's business editor twice.
