Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory
Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory has opened at Bellevue Square. The business is owned by Ken and Sandi Fein, and Ian Halcott and Carolyn Fein. The first Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory store was opened in 1981 in Durango, Colo. Currently the company supplies over 200 franchise locations.
