Holland America Line

Seattle-based Holland America Line has appointed Guenther Cussigh corporate executive chef. Cussigh joined Holland America in 1986 as a sous chef. He will develop, plan and oversee meals and food preparation aboard the line's 12-ship fleet and oversee the company's food training program. Cussigh will also launch the Pinnacle Grill at the Odyssey Restaurant on the MS Oosterdam, due in July.
