Tanya Clemons has joined Microsoft as vice president of people and organizational capability. Clemons brings more than a decade of experience in leading organizational, management and executive development programs. She was vice president of global executive and organization capability at IBM and has held positions at Georgia Pacific and Anheuser-Busch.
