Aegis Assisted Living

Tracee DeGrande joined Aegis Assisted Living as vice president of accounting. DeGrande was previously chief financial officer for Regency Pacific in Issaquah and was director of finance for Group Health in Tacoma. Aegis is based in Redmond and operates 21 assisted living facilities in Washington, California and Nevada.
