City University

City University appointed Karen Powell executive vice president and head of the its new division of institutional development and resources. Powell joined City University in 1999 to provide organizational development consulting. She is president of Management Consulting and is an executive strategist for several large municipalities in the western states. Powell will be responsible for human resources, customer service, organizational development and strategic planning administration.
