Pierce County

Pierce County won three 2003 National Association of Counties Achievement Awards. The awards recognize efforts to promote responsive and effective government. The county won awards for its Assessor-Treasurer's Office campaign Not a Penny More, the purchase of Puget Sound Behavioral Health for the Department of Human Services and the Solid Waste Division's campaign Pierce County Responds.
