West Coast Bank named Mark Loeffler vice president and relationship manager for its Portland metro commercial banking team. He will service mid-market clients in commercial lending, cash management and other banking services. Loeffler has 25 years of banking experience, primarily with US Bank's commercial banking division. West Coast Bancorp operates 46 offices in Oregon and Washington.
