IAPES Individual Citation Award

Gov. Gary Locke received an Individual Citation Award from IAPES. The award recognizes Locke's contributions to workforce development programs. IAPES is a nonprofit educational association representing 17,000 professionals worldwide in workforce development programs. Former recipients of the annual award include presidents John F. Kennedy and Harry S. Truman and the first U.S. Labor Secretary Frances Perkins.
