League of Women Voters
The League of Women Voters named its new board of directors for 2003-2005: Judy Goldberg, president; Peggy Saari, vice president; Ed Chadd, second vice president; Betsy Greene, secretary; and Myra Howrey, treasurer. New elected directors are: Chris Chamberlin, Becky Cox, Marilyn Johnston, Pat Matteson, Laura McCarty, Barbara Seitle and Natalie Toevs. The nonprofit organization promotes citizen education and participation in the electoral process, and develops positions on public policy.
