Crawford previously owned and operated Caffeine Machines and Real Time Roasting in Portland. Traw was marketing director for a national consulting engineering firm. Espresso Specialists is an exclusive importer of Franke, La Marzocco and Rio espresso equipment, and provides training and service nationwide.
