Oregon Health & Science University

Oregon Health & Science University in Portland has been named the site of One Sky Center, a research facility that will focus on combating drug and alcohol addiction among American Indians. One Sky Center is funded by an initial three-year federal grant of $3 million. Dr. R. Dale Walker, a psychiatrist at Oregon Health & Science University, has been named the center's executive director.
