Fluid Enterprises

Bellingham-based Fluid Enterprises, a subsidiary of St. Louis-based Harbour Group, has acquired Jasco Chemical Corp. Founded in 1947, Jasco is based in Santa Ana, Calif. It makes paint removers and surface preparation products, including strippers, wood refinishers and preservatives, adhesive removers, masonry and concrete preparation products, and sealers. Fluid Enterprises is a supplier of consumer and contractor products, including household cleaning products, texture repair products, and kitchen, bath and plumbing accessories.
