Tom Douglas Restaurants

The Seattle Theater Group named Tom Douglas Restaurants its exclusive restaurateur at the Paramount and Moore theaters beginning in August. Tom Douglas Restaurants is owned and operated by Tom Douglas who opened the Dahlia Lounge in 1989 and also runs Etta's Seafood and the Palace Kitchen. Douglas will be responsible for food, beverage and catering operations at the two theatres, which are run by the nonprofit Seattle Theater Group.
