Theresa Gausted has been named a business development officer in U.S. Bank's small business administration division. Gausted will serve the bank's SBA loan programs primarily in Snohomish, Whatcom and Island counties. She will be based in Burlington. Gausted was previously an administrative assistant with U.S. Bank's SBA division in its Seattle office.
