The Cove

The Cove restaurant and bar has opened in the Captain Whidbey Inn in Coupeville. James and Selina Roberts are leasing the restaurant space from John Colby Stone, longtime owner of the Captain Whidbey Inn. James Roberts has worked as chef de cuisine in Seattle’s Rovers restaurant.

(Note: The first publication of this story was incorrect in stating that John Colby Stone sold the property to James and Selina Roberts.)
