David Linehan represents clients in a variety of practice areas, including state and nationwide antitrust class actions, smaller breaches of contract and fiduciary duty, and insurance coverage disputes. Charles E. Shigley is an associate in the Real Estate, Finance and Bankruptcy Department. Shigley recently represented the acquisition and financing of a senior living facility in Bellevue.
