Ex Officio, a Seattle-based manufacturer of outdoor and travel apparel, named Pat Nugent to a newly created senior management position focusing on merchandising and design. Nugent was previously vice president of production and vice president of merchandising for Cutter & Buck, and was owner and president of Pat Nugent Design. Nugent will head up product and inventory strategy.
