Boeing Shared Services Group employee Mark Koruga was named 2003 Driver of the Year, Private Carrier, by the Washington Trucking Association and the Washington State Patrol. The annual awards recognize drivers in six industry categories with outstanding safety records and consistent excellence in their driving careers. Koruga has nearly 30 years of experience as a professional truck driver and Teamster member. He is a two-time winner in the state's truck driving championships and will compete later this month at the national championships in Dayton, Ohio.
