Speakeasy named Bruce Chatterley as president and CEO. Chatterley was most recently CEO of ViAir, a Seattle developer of carrier-based mobile messaging software and has held positions at Concur Technologies, Ameritech, US West, General Electric and IBM. Company founder Mike Apgar will continue as the company’s lead strategist and remain chairman of the board. Speakeasy is a Seattle-based independent broadband service provider serving the 48 contiguous states.
