Semiahmoo Resort
Patty Guglielmino has been named executive director of sales and catering at Blaine's Semiahmoo Resort. Guglielmino will continue to oversee sales efforts at The Skagit Valley Casino Resort, which is the managing partner of Semiahmoo Resort. She has held previous positions with Bensussen Deutsch & Associates, Caesars Palace, and The Rio Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas.
