Noetix

Morris Beton has been appointed chief executive officer at Noetix Corp. Beton was previously senior vice president of business development at BEA Systems and held positions with IBM, Attachmate and Microsoft. Former CEO Paul Song will remain chairman of the board of directors, focusing on corporate strategy, product direction and partner relations. Bellevue-based Noetix provides global infrastructure software enabling companies to manage secure distribution of business data across the wired and wireless Internet.
