City University

City University appointed Elizabeth Fountain dean of its school of human services and applied behavioral science. Fountain has been interim dean for 10 months. She received her bachelor’s and master’s degrees from Seattle University and is currently working on her doctorate in higher education leadership at Capella University. She is a former member and co-chair of the Seattle Women’s Commission, a volunteer citizens board that advises city government on issues affecting women’s rights.
