Cognigen Networks

Darrell H. Hughes resigned as president and CEO of Cognigen Networks, a Seattle-based company offering telecommunication services and related technology products. Cognigen named Tony Sgroi, former president of Global Crossing's North American carrier division, chief operating officer, and is searching for a new president and CEO. Hughes will continue to serve on the company's board of directors.
