South Snohomish County Chamber

The South Snohomish County Chamber of Commerce named Barbara Earl, co-owner and founder of BETS associates, 2003 recipient of the John M. Fluke, Sr. Community Service Award. Established in 1970, the award honors an individual who has made a significant contribution to the community and is a member in good standing of the chamber.
