Frontier Bank, a subsidiary of Frontier Financial Corp., will open a new branch in downtown Seattle at 1200 Fifth Ave. Bankers at the new branch include James D. Liming, senior vice president; Dixie David, vice president and manager; Gary L. Cross, vice president and commercial loan officer; Daniel L. Gualtieri, vice president and commercial loan officer; James W. Kemmish, vice president and commercial loan officer; Gwen Aoyama, loan support; and Neeru Atreya, operations officer. Frontier Bank is headquartered in Everett.
